Consent to Electronic Communications
DR Bank (“Lender”) is required by law to provide you certain information in writing. We will provide that information directly or through loan origination and servicing agents, including Monogram LLC. We may provide this information to you electronically, instead of in a paper copy, with your prior consent. Described below are the terms and conditions for us to provide you with electronic communications. Please read this Consent carefully.
In this Consent:
-
“You” and “your” means the person giving this consent, and also any co‐signer, authorized signer, or authorized representative.
-
“Electronic Communications” means each disclosure, notice, agreement, fee schedule, statement, record, document, and other information we provide to you, or that you sign or submit or agree to at our request, including any notices or disclosures required by applicable law or regulation, sent by us to you electronically.
-
The words “include” and “including,” when used at the beginning of a list of one or more items, indicate that the list contains examples – the list is not exclusive or exhaustive, and the items in the list are only illustrative. They are not the only possible items that could appear in the list.
1. Consent to Electronic Communications
By entering the code at the end of this Consent on our website, you specifically agree to receive and/or obtain Electronic Communications. This includes Electronic Communications related to your account from Lender or third party servicers. You specifically consent to receive electronic mail (email) and online communications and disclosures regarding your loan instead of receiving them by regular U.S. mail. Except as noted below or otherwise at our discretion communications will not be furnished on paper. Your consent will apply to all information we send to you, or disclose or communicate to you online, relating to your loan, including notices regarding your application and your credit agreement, and any disclosures that are required by law to be in writing, including, without limitation, Truth In Lending Act disclosures and tax forms. We may deliver a disclosure or notice to you by posting it to your online account, including adverse action notices in the event your application is declined, and may, at our discretion, chose to send you an email notification of the posting as a courtesy. Your consent remains in effect until you give us notice that you are withdrawing it.
2. Paper Version of Electronic Communications
You may request a paper version of an Electronic Communication. You acknowledge that we reserve the right to charge you a reasonable fee for the production and mailing of paper versions of Electronic Communications, unless charging a fee is prohibited by applicable law. To request a paper copy of an Electronic Communication, please call us at 1‐855‐444‐4645. Please note that a request for a paper version of one or more Electronic Communications will not by itself constitute a withdrawal of consent to receive Electronic Communications.
3. Revocation of Consent to Electronic Communications
You have the right to withdraw your consent to receive Electronic Communications at any time by calling us at 1‐855‐444‐4645. Your withdrawal of consent will become effective after we have had a reasonable opportunity to act upon it. Please note that withdrawing your consent to receive Electronic Communications may slow the speed at which we can complete certain steps in the loan application process.
4. Valid and Current Email Address, Notification and Updates
You agree to promptly notify us of any change in your telephone number, mailing address, or email address. You may modify your telephone number, mailing address, or email address by calling us at 1‐ 855‐444‐4645.
5. Hardware, Software and Operating System Requirements

You also confirm that you have access to a Current Version of an Internet browser that we support: Google Chrome, Microsoft Internet Explorer, Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox and Safari. “Current Version” means a version of the software that is currently being supported by its publisher.
6. Changes to Hardware and Software Requirements
If our hardware or software requirements change, and that change would create a material risk that you would not be able to access or retain your Electronic Communications, we will give you notice of the revised hardware or software requirements.
